This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the primary source of business, technical, and product/service advice for customers, including delivering effective solutions to project inquiries and generating price estimates for project design.
β’ Assess customer needs, address troubleshooting issues or complaints related to technical problems, and recommend additional services and product solutions when appropriate.
β’ Recognize potential concerns for customers and provide recommendations based on an understanding of their current and future requirements throughout the business relationship.
β’ Maintain strong communication with customers and facilitate interactions with technical support when needed.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to drive sustainable growth.
β’ Plan and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and external distributors through presentations and demonstrations.
β’ The ideal candidate possesses a PhD in a relevant life science field, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
β’ Must be customer-focused and proactive in approach.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand new concepts.
β’ Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
