• Serve as the primary source of business, technical, and product/service advice for customers, including delivering effective solutions to project inquiries and generating price estimates for project design.
• Assess customer needs, address troubleshooting issues or complaints related to technical problems, and recommend additional services and product solutions when appropriate.
• Recognize potential concerns for customers and provide recommendations based on an understanding of their current and future requirements throughout the business relationship.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and facilitate interactions with technical support when needed.

• Plan and deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and external distributors through presentations and demonstrations.
• The ideal candidate possesses a PhD in a relevant life science field, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Must be customer-focused and proactive in approach.
