Solution Engineer, ValueOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to ensure they derive value from our solutions.

• Conduct value alignment sessions with key strategic customers.

• Foster relationships across the IT and business divisions of customers or partners.

• Identify and spearhead adoption initiatives with essential customers.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Agile Operations Division (AOD) capabilities and products throughout the entire portfolio.

• Conduct demonstrations and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure coherence and consistency across solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 10+ years in a technology or business-related field.

• Strong expertise in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio, and others.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including SAFe.

• Ability to comprehend customer business challenges and articulate software solutions to address those challenges.

• Capability to engage with business users to gather and document business requirements, then translate them into functional applications.

• A well-rounded understanding of both business and IT management.

• Excellent presentation abilities, including software demonstration skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
