This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the adoption of the NiCE portfolio within Capgemini, Accenture, and Deloitte across the UKI and Europe.
• Support ongoing GSI opportunities by aiding in functional and technical discovery, providing input for solution design, conducting demonstrations, organizing validation sessions, and planning proof of concepts.
• Collaborate closely with GSI sales, presales, architects, and delivery teams to enhance their understanding, positioning, and application of NiCE solutions in customer transformation initiatives.
• Develop repeatable solution plays, demo storyboards, and technical narratives that GSIs can utilize to enhance customer engagement and drive pipeline progression.
• Convert customer business challenges into clear NiCE solution architectures, value propositions, and adoption pathways.
• Educate and influence partner and customer stakeholders on how NiCE solutions meet the needs of contact centers, customer experience, AI, automation, workforce engagement, and digital transformation.
• Assist in defining, scoping, and executing successful proof of concepts and technical validations when appropriate.
• Support functional and technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and partner-led bid submissions.
• Provide structured feedback from GSI interactions to Product, Partner Sales, Alliances, and Enablement teams to enhance adoption, differentiation, and repeatability.
• Contribute to a team-selling strategy across Partner Sales, Account Executives, Overlay teams, and regional leadership.
• Identify technical barriers, enablement gaps, and adoption risks within the GSI partner ecosystem, and develop practical strategies to address them.
• Significant experience in solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, or enterprise software sales engineering.
• Experience collaborating with, selling through, or enabling global system integrators, preferably including Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, or similar consulting firms.
• Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and demonstration skills, with the ability to customize messaging for partner, executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Proven capability to support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities across various countries or regions.
• Ability to confidently communicate with C-level executives, architects, program leads, contact center operations teams, and frontline users.
• Experience in creating demo storyboards, solution narratives, proof of concept plans, and partner-ready enablement materials.
• Strong technical aptitude, capable of understanding customer requirements, identifying risks, and shaping practical solution alternatives.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple strategic opportunities and partner priorities simultaneously.
• Commercially savvy, outcome-oriented, and able to connect technical capabilities to business value and customer transformation objectives.
