This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Collaborate with clients to address intricate engineering challenges.

• Develop creative automated workflows and solutions.

• Construct custom agents.

• Integrate over 80 CAD, simulation, costing, and other tools into workflows.

• Create teaser demonstrations for automotive and aerospace clients to assist the Sales team.

• Engage in customer hackathons and hands-on development of innovative solutions.

• Attend weekly client meetings, respond to inquiries, and advise on optimal usage of Synera software.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with Solution Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers.

• Handle incoming support tickets while ensuring a first response time of under 4 hours.

• Technical expertise in Computational, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey business value through technical solutions.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools such as OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, or LS-DYNA.

• Proficiency in scripting with Python or C#.

• Strong engagement with AI for addressing technical challenges.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
