This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate AI-driven discovery and requirement sessions to uncover opportunities for intelligent decision-making, automation, and optimization.
• Convert client requirements into comprehensive AI-enabled solutions utilizing LLMs, AI workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and implement scalable Bureau Composer solutions, including real-time decision-making workflows and both standard and custom solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops on AI solutions tailored for both executive and technical audiences.
• Oversee the production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and boost incremental revenue.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data governance frameworks, such as FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection standards.
• Create reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategic methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or client-facing Systems Architecture.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications, including LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Proficient in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with security practices, IAM, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in domains such as credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics.
• Proficient with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled in Python or SQL programming.
• Experience in supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements.
• Hands-on experience in applying LLMs or ML models in real-world or production scenarios.
• Proven track record in building or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation, or decision-making solutions.
• Experience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in designing API-first, microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and S3.
• Experience with real-time and event-driven systems.
• Background in data integration and distributed systems design.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of credit risk decision-making, fraud and identity decision-making systems, bureau data, and decision strategies.
