This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with clients to establish objectives, technical specifications, data necessities, and the scope of solutions.
• Convert client requirements into comprehensive solution designs utilizing APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, data integration methodologies, and AI-driven workflows.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions using the Bureau Composer platform, which includes real-time decision-making workflows along with both standard and custom solutions.
• Oversee the client-facing solution delivery process, including implementation planning, technical design leadership, and coordination among engineering, QA, DevOps, compliance, and project teams.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops customized for executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Assist in deployment, integration, and troubleshooting to guarantee a successful production rollout and continuous solution enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to pinpoint expansion possibilities, aid in solution strategy, and boost additional revenue.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, compliance, and data governance standards, encompassing FCRA, FACTA, IAM, explainability, and data protection aspects.
• Create and refine reusable solution patterns, accelerators, and technical strategies to promote scalability and consistency across implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a comparable client-facing technical role.
• Proven AI literacy with hands-on experience applying AI concepts, automation workflows, or enterprise AI applications within business solutions.
• Ability to discuss and present AI-enabled capabilities, such as LLM-based workflows or intelligent automation, without the necessity of coding or model building.
• Experience interfacing with clients, leading discovery sessions, presenting technical solutions, and influencing both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in designing or supporting API-first, microservices-based, and cloud-enabled solution architectures.
• Familiarity with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements, including IAM and data protection.
• Experience in working with financial institutions or within financial services environments where decision-making, risk, fraud, identity, or compliance issues are critical.
• Additional experience in credit, fraud, identity, decision-making, risk analytics, or related financial services sectors.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and contemporary data architecture concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL, data analysis, BI/reporting tools, or troubleshooting methods used to assess solution performance.
• Proven experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or post-sales implementation projects.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
• Working knowledge of FCRA and FACTA regulatory standards.
