This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Spearhead the design of customized intralogistics and automation solutions to meet client requirements.

• Convert business needs into technical designs and system frameworks.

• Create comprehensive solution layouts that encompass material flow, system integration, and IT interfaces.

• Work in close partnership with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams.

• Assist in the development of technical proposals and presentations for clients.

• Evaluate customer processes to pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Participate in cost estimation, system specifications, and risk analysis.

• Serve as a technical consultant throughout the sales and conceptualization phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in solution design within intralogistics, automation, or AMR settings.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and material flow systems.

• Capability to transform intricate requirements into straightforward technical solutions.

• Proficient CAD design abilities.

• Understanding of WMS, WCS, or automation integration principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Polish (native) or German is advantageous.
