Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with furniture dealers to gather insights on project needs, budgets, timelines, workstation counts, and spatial planning requirements.

• Develop floor plans and 3D visualizations utilizing CET, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

• Suggest suitable furniture options and workspace strategies in line with client specifications and project goals.

• Produce precise project quotes and apply relevant pricing discounts when necessary.

• Revise quotations and update project designs as required to ensure precision and thoroughness.

• Spot opportunities to boost product sales by proposing suitable design solutions throughout the planning phase.

• Incorporate feedback from sales managers and team members to enhance product choices while meeting margin targets.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Purchasing teams to guarantee accurate and efficient project ordering.

• Keep project documentation organized and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• Execute additional design-related responsibilities and special projects as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design, space planning, furniture design, or a similar field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. operating hours.

• Familiarity with CET, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is desirable but not mandatory.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• High level of computer proficiency with the capability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.

• Basic math and measurement abilities.

• Experience in space planning is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of office furniture systems and workplace design concepts is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of quoting processes and project coordination is a plus.
