Learning Designer – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Developing engaging and effective training programs for our clients

• Aiding clients in successfully navigating their implementation process

• Transforming technical documents and other materials into impactful training, activities, and assessments

• Helping to create onboarding and training resources for new members of the SpryPoint team

• Engaging in team brainstorming sessions and supporting e-learning projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in producing high-quality training materials for software applications

• Certificate/Diploma in instructional design for adults, curriculum development, or a related discipline

• Proficient in using Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote to develop a range of training activities and materials

• Strong verbal communication and advanced writing skills in English

• Proven commitment to lifelong learning

• Experience in the utility sector, SaaS, or software implementation is advantageous but not essential
