Solution Design Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver pre-sales technical assistance to the sales team, which includes conducting product demonstrations, offering technical presentations, and responding to customer inquiries.

• Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and design tailored solutions that fulfill their needs.

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.

• Develop technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to facilitate the sales process.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

• Work in conjunction with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Perform additional duties as necessary, which may include tasks in job classifications other than their own.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Ekahau software and Lucidcharts is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in network design utilizing Ruckus, Aruba, and Cisco Meraki equipment.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of working independently to resolve issues while also being an effective member of a collaborative team.

• Outstanding time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating exceptional professionalism.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to foster relationships with stakeholders.
