This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee all stages of the implementation lifecycle, starting from sales transition and project kickoff to the handover to support.
• Lead project management efforts, establish the architecture of the 360Learning platform for our clients, and facilitate integrations (including flat files, APIs) along with third-party applications.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the effective deployment of the platform.
• Monitor your clients' portfolios throughout their contract to enhance product adoption and deliver complementary solutions such as platform audits.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably one that is customer-focused (such as Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant).
• Prior experience in deploying SaaS products, particularly in the HR sector.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
• A solution-oriented, client-centric approach in all your endeavors.
• Capability to adjust your communication style according to the audience, showing flexibility when engaging with highly technical stakeholders and simplifying complex concepts for less technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, structured, rational, analytical, and adept at managing priorities across multiple customer implementations.
• Fluent in French (native level) and possess a strong command of English (level B2).
