This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ In the role of Solution Deployment Manager, you will be a vital member of the Implementation team, which is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
β’ You will collaborate across departments with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to gather and document client use cases and requirements, subsequently translating these into the setup and configuration of the 360Learning platform.
β’ Your responsibilities will encompass managing all stages of the implementation lifecycle, starting from sales turnover and kickoff through to the handover to support.
β’ You will oversee project management, define the architectural framework of the 360Learning platform for our clients, facilitate integrations (including flat files and APIs) and third-party applications, while providing guidance and support to guarantee successful platform deployment.
β’ Furthermore, you will manage your portfolio of customers throughout the duration of their contracts to enhance product adoption and deliver complementary solutions, such as platform audits.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar, preferably customer-facing position (such as Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant).
β’ Prior experience in deploying SaaS products, ideally within the HR domain.
β’ Strong project management capabilities.
β’ Familiarity with and experience working with APIs, including SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
β’ A solution-oriented, client-first perspective in all areas of your work.
β’ Ability to tailor communication to your audience: adept at engaging highly technical stakeholders while simplifying complex concepts for less technical individuals.
β’ Highly organized, structured, analytical, and proficient at managing priorities across multiple customer implementations.
β’ Native proficiency in French and a strong command of English (B2 level).
