• Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to guarantee a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Create and present customer-facing onboarding resources (such as implementation roadmaps), oversee the implementation procedure, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate internal efforts and drive accountability across various functions to deliver client outputs and achieve significant delivery milestones.
• Communicate the value of solutions through reporting, data analysis, and client presentations.
• Establish key performance indicators and set performance benchmarks.
• Discover opportunities to enhance solution performance within the customer environment (e.g., best practices for workflows, presenting essential insights).
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in customer success, project management, or solution delivery within enterprise healthcare technology and/or consulting.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management, billing workflows, and/or managed care.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise onboarding and implementation for healthcare clients.
• Outstanding communication and project management abilities.
• Proficient in building and sustaining client stakeholder relationships.
• Strong collaborator across functions, with experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for company off-site meetings at least twice a year, as well as attend client meetings on-site as required.
