This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will identify and qualify new customer opportunities through trade shows, events, marketing leads, and targeted outreach.
β’ You will guide prospects through a structured decision-making process from initial contact to closing the deal.
β’ You will analyze property management processes and pinpoint specific opportunities for optimization and digitization.
β’ You will present our software in customized demonstrations via video calls or on-site meetings, clearly showcasing potential efficiency gains and automation possibilities.
β’ You will represent etg24 at trade shows and events through both direct engagement and technical presentations.
β’ You will further develop and strategically expand existing customer relationships.
β’ You will document and manage your sales activities in a structured manner within the CRM.
β’ You view sales as a combination of analysis, structure, and the ability to close deals.
β’ You possess experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS sector or the real estate industry.
β’ You can explain complex products in a clear and practical manner.
β’ You have a quick learning ability regarding new topics, software solutions, and processes.
β’ You have a keen sense of customer needs and can engage in targeted conversations.
β’ You present yourself confidently, excel in communication, and persuade through clarity rather than pressure.
β’ You work independently and in an organized manner, while also enjoying collaboration within a team.
