Solution Consultant – monday.com

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the director of digital transformation.

• You will lead our clients from their initial vision through the technical setup to effective utilization.

• You will independently oversee client projects from the initial consultation to the Go-Live phase.

• You will listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and convert complex client needs into structured, comprehensible workflows.

• You will be accountable for the complete lifecycle of monday.com solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in monday.com: You possess practical knowledge of monday.com and are ideally proficient with at least one of the Work Management, CRM, or Service tools.

• Strong understanding of administration and configuration of monday.com tools, with implementation experience across diverse company environments.

• Familiarity with software development, project work, and business processes.

• You design customized solutions from analysis through to implementation.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (Associate level), or additional project management experience (Senior level).

• Proficient in German (C1) and competent in English (B2) are essential.
