Solution Consultant – LIMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Showcasing Veeva LIMS to both prospective and existing clients by:

• Performing needs assessments to pinpoint essential customer requirements

• Configuring and delivering engaging solution demonstrations of Veeva LIMS and other Veeva Quality Cloud applications

• Leveraging industry experience to steer customers towards a top-tier solution

• Providing solution-focused and business value-oriented responses, alongside aligned presentations for Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)

• Facilitating Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and Proof of Concepts to enable our customers to clearly envision how their business processes can be improved through the implementation of Veeva LIMS

• Partnering with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

• Assisting in marketing initiatives such as recording videos, presenting webinars, and participating in industry events

• Acting as a trusted advisor to the customer and the key functional individual throughout the sales cycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with, delivering, or supporting LIMS applications in the manufacturing sector

• More than 3 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or similarly regulated industries

• Familiarity with quality and manufacturing operations in the Pharma/Biotech and/or Medical Device/Diagnostics sectors

• Willingness to travel 20-40%, primarily within the EU (when feasible)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

• Motivated self-starter; capable of working independently

• Understanding of process design and Quality processes/operations

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
