Solution Consultant – LIMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Showcasing Veeva LIMS to both prospective and current clients by:

• - Performing needs assessments to determine essential customer requirements

• - Configuring and presenting impactful solution demonstrations of Veeva LIMS alongside other Veeva Quality Cloud applications

• - Utilizing industry expertise to steer customers toward a top-tier solution

• - Delivering solution-focused and business value-driven responses, along with tailored presentations for Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)

• - Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and Proof of Concepts to enable our customers to clearly visualize how their business processes can be improved through Veeva LIMS deployment

• - Working collaboratively with internal and cross-functional teams to guarantee customer success

• - Assisting in marketing initiatives such as recording videos, presenting webinars, and participating in industry events

• - Acting as a trusted advisor to the client and the key functional person throughout the sales process

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in working with, delivering, or supporting LIMS applications within the manufacturing sector

• More than 3 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or similarly regulated industries

• Familiarity with quality and manufacturing operations in the Pharma/Biotech and/or Medical Device/Diagnostics fields

• Willingness to travel 20-40%, primarily within the EU (as feasible)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently

• Understanding of process design and Quality processes/operations

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
