Solution Consultant, Japanese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Advisory Services

• Collaborate with clients to address business challenges

• Recognize and advocate for opportunities to expand services and products

• Develop extensive industry and solution knowledge

• Produce technical solution documentation and prescriptive guidance

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS companies

• Over 2 years of experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction

• Proven expertise in one or more areas of Atlassian solutions

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities

• Native-level or equivalent proficiency in Japanese

• Business-level fluency in English or Korean
