Solution Consultant, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively convey the advantages of OneStream Technology through engaging presentations and demonstrations targeted at both technical and business stakeholders.

• Address RFP/RFI/Tenders and similar inquiries pertaining to technical, security, and compliance details.

• Showcase the technical features of the solution, including Integration, Security, and Monitoring aspects.

• Grasp and clearly explain the Security, Privacy, Performance, and Support features of OneStream’s SaaS offerings.

• Manage and respond to prospective clients' security diligence processes during vendor assessments.

• Provide presales technical and functional support to potential clients and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with minimal oversight during online sales efforts throughout the sales cycle.

• Serve as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.

• Create and deliver high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations for OneStream.

• Contribute to the development of a library of technical reference bid materials.

• Establish and nurture high-quality technical and professional relationships with clients for effective reference management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs with strong communication abilities.

• Familiarity with working in a SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure.

• Experience in managing customer expectations and relationships effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOC, 27001, CSTAR, 9001, GDPR.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
