This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a pre-sales framework to engage with customers, prospects, and partners through phone, web, or in-person meetings, facilitating the discovery process and pinpointing areas where Workiva solutions can meet customer/prospect needs.
• Ensure customer success by collaborating with the Workiva Client Services team to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and long-term success.
• Exhibit knowledge across various domains, developing a solid understanding of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can make a significant impact.
• Contribute to the creation of new use cases or utilize existing templates to demonstrate the impact and value proposition of our solutions.
• Carry out process assessments with customers, create Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, and construct and present tailored business cases for customers.
• May start delivering cross-domain coaching, training, or mentorship to peers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to meet both team and company objectives.
• Support Sales in the development of account plans that align with Workiva’s strategies and goals.
• Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field; an advanced degree may be accepted in place of professional experience.
• 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, software development, technical sales, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives.
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Consultant-level experience in the Big Four or public accounting.
• Practical technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions.
• Capability to deliver value-based, compelling software demonstrations.
• On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: $127,000.00 - $203,000.00 annually.
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
• Restricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire.
