This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospects and clients to assess their software requirements while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor by showcasing how Workiva solutions can fulfill their business objectives.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and excel in communicating their advantages to both prospects and clients.

• Utilize storytelling techniques to relate product features to their business needs, while providing prompt and accurate responses to any technology-related queries.

• Prepare and present technical demonstrations that explain products or services to potential customers or during events such as webinars and conferences.

• Actively participate in cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, by offering innovative solutions and responsiveness, thereby increasing value for both your sales team and the clients you support.

• Collect and communicate feedback from the field to the Product Marketing and Product Development teams to facilitate enhancements in our current offerings.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Workiva products and relevant regulations through a commitment to continuous training.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in both English and a Nordic language.

• Familiarity with business intelligence technologies, databases, or data management platforms.

• Experience in consulting for process improvement and financial transformation initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of the internal processes within a company’s accounting, finance, or sustainability functions.

• Exceptional ability to distill complex financial or technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Capacity to evaluate business requirements and deliver a compelling, value-based software demonstration using formal presales methodologies.

• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and business insight.

• Excellent presentation skills when interfacing with clients.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
