This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide both functional and technical support to sales throughout the entire pre-sales process, confidently guiding customers to a successful technical outcome.

• You analyze procurement processes for technical components along with related areas such as engineering, production, and supply chain.

• You facilitate structured discovery workshops involving procurement, engineering, IT, and management teams.

• You convert business requirements into PartSpace AI use cases and create comprehensive solution concepts, engaging demo narratives, and a clear value proposition.

• You deliver compelling product demonstrations that emphasize use cases, processes, data, and business impact.

• You provide guidance to customers on integrating PartSpace AI into their existing IT ecosystems (ERP, PLM/PDM, SRM, eProcurement) while addressing IT, security, and architectural inquiries.

• You assist with Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects, including the definition, measurement, and evaluation of success criteria.

• You respond to technical and functional inquiries from customers (e.g., RFPs / RFIs).

• You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, ensuring a structured handover to implementation and onboarding.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

• You have several years of experience in pre-sales or consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably within an industrial setting or technical procurement.

• You are able to translate business requirements into specific AI use cases and solution scenarios, presenting them with confidence.

• You communicate effectively among business, IT, and management, clearly explaining complex technical matters in an understandable way tailored to your audience.

• You approach work analytically, in an organized and solution-oriented manner.

• You possess a strong consulting mindset and a high degree of customer orientation.

• You enhance win rates and deal quality through convincing, use-case-driven solution concepts.

• You have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
