Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• OneStream is seeking a Solution Consultant to become a part of our expanding pre-sales team.

• The Solution Consultant will gain expertise in OneStream technology and leverage this knowledge daily to showcase the value and advantages of our solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and provide internal support to the sales team.

• Accelerating the sales cycle by delivering impeccable standard and customized product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives within the Office of Finance.

• Offering presales technical and functional support to potential clients and customers, while ensuring satisfaction with minimal oversight.

• Serving as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.

• Converting business requirements and challenges into customized demonstrations or proof of concepts.

• Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, future product direction, and comprehensive OneStream solutions.

• Enhancing and maintaining standard demo assets to guarantee exceptional sales presentations.

• Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream Cloud solutions that encompass advanced product concepts and future direction.

• Establishing and nurturing references through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in Finance/Accounting, along with familiarity in business analysis and financial modeling.

• Technical experience with OneStream or comparable CPM tools.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CPM/EPM and Database Management, which includes building, developing, and deploying applications.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology.

• Capability to provide guidance in assessing OneStream’s Cloud solution.

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.

• Exceptional presentation and public speaking capabilities.

• Must possess the ability to lead technical discussions and pinpoint the right solution for our customers’ needs.

• Knowledgeable and experienced in business analysis and financial modeling.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Strong listening skills.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with fluency in French being an additional advantage.
