📋 Description

• **WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• **Pre-Sales & Solution Design**

• - Collaborate with Account Executives to assess opportunities, comprehend business drivers, and establish success criteria.

• - Facilitate discovery workshops with prospective clients to uncover requirements and translate them into customized solution architectures.

• - Create and present engaging, scenario-based product demonstrations that align directly with customer use cases.

• - Review and respond to RFPs, ensuring that Omilia's technology and services are represented accurately and effectively.

• **Customer Advisory**

• - Act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the evaluation and solution design phases.

• - Align customer use cases with existing Omilia Customer Journeys that have been approved by Product and Delivery teams.

• - Partner with customers, prospects, Product, and Delivery teams to propose customized Customer Journeys as necessary.

• - Connect technical concepts with business value, making intricate voice AI capabilities accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

• - Demonstrate to customers how to build and develop applications utilizing Omilia's technology and services.

• **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

• - Collaborate with the Omilia Product team to identify use cases not yet addressed by current technology and services.

• - Review and refine Scopes of Work, ensuring that commercial documentation accurately represents Omilia's offerings.

• - Work with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to relay customer insights back into the product roadmap.

• - Ensure seamless customer transitions from Sales to Delivery, maintaining continuity and trust.

• - Lead the onboarding and training of new channel partners across the LATAM region, ensuring they are well-equipped to position, demonstrate, and implement Omilia solutions effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Haves**

• - A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting position.

• - Native fluency in Portuguese; advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• - Strong working knowledge of voice IVR, conversational AI, or related technologies.

• - Comprehensive understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.

• - Exceptional skills in client engagement: including discovery, presentation, and solution storytelling.

• - Strong commercial awareness — understanding the sales process and how to effectively support it.

• - Ability to think quickly under pressure and provide clear answers to complex questions.

• - Willingness to travel within the Latin American region and Iberia as required.

• **Nice to Have**

• - Experience with AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, or RingCentral contact center platforms.

• - Knowledge of networking (e.g., MPLS/VPN) and telephony (e.g., SIP) protocols.

• - Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft, or other enterprise ecosystem integrations.

• - Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles within the LATAM market.

• - Domain expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Financial Services, Telecommunications, BPO, Healthcare, or Technical Support.
