This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing and advising on AI & Analytics client initiatives, which includes leading client interactions for project scoping and implementation utilizing predictive AI, GenAI, and structured analytics.
• Acting as a consultative partner to clients by guiding them in the design, application, and validation of AI & Analytics solutions that are aligned with their business goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure that requirements are kept up to date throughout the engagement and adjusting the development strategy as necessary to meet those requirements.
• Diligent tracking of data, designing and implementing statistical validation, and reporting metrics to enhance transparency and accountability during algorithmic discovery reviews.
• Coordinating with support and technical teams across the organization to maximize the use of Lighthouse’s capabilities, ensuring top-tier support and value for our clients.
• Monitoring and escalating project risk issues as needed to relevant stakeholders.
• Delivering end-of-project metrics to assist in ROI analyses and quarterly business evaluations.
• Contributing to operational initiatives by gathering and synthesizing insights from clients and projects to enhance AI & Analytics methodologies, processes, and technologies.
• Developing and updating the AI & Analytics training curriculum, which includes documentation, simulation activities, and assessments for new team members or secondees involved in AI & Analytics workflows.
• Offering requirements analysis and user validation feedback to our product development teams.
• Working together with marketing, client success, and sales to create client-facing overviews of Lighthouse AI & Analytics solutions.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field (law, technology, statistics) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the litigation or eDiscovery industry is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics within eDiscovery is necessary, including advising on prioritization, coverage, and cutoff for TAR 1.0 and TAR 2.0 (CAL).
• Previous experience in-house at a corporate legal department, as legal staff in a law firm, or with an eDiscovery vendor is required.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery technology, including key applications and platforms such as Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or similar analytics tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the litigation support and legal discovery processes and concepts.
• Demonstrated success and eagerness to consult with clients and internal teams, showcasing expertise in resolving both everyday and strategic challenges.
• Experience in leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from various departments is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal personnel, demonstrated in both casual settings and high-pressure situations.
• A client-centric mindset with a consultative, solutions-focused approach and a strong executive presence.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and function effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
