Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assess technical opportunities and identify customer requirements

• Facilitate product demonstrations and create customized proof-of-concept solutions to meet client needs

• Aid potential clients in constructing business cases for our solutions

• Showcase product features, advantages, and both technical and business value to prospects and clients

• Oversee the technical elements of the sales process from initial discovery to final closure

• Contribute to the development of proposals and respond to RFx inquiries

• Assist in the creation of sales collateral and manage demonstration content libraries

• Engage in industry events, webinars, and marketing activities

• Offer insights to Product and Marketing teams regarding features and market positioning

• Travel as necessary to support sales efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred fields include computer science, business, engineering, or related areas; education in procurement/supply chain is also beneficial)

• 2-5 years of experience in implementation and/or presales within procurement, supply chain, or similar enterprise sectors, with proficiency in at least one of the following: eProcurement, supplier management, TPRM, or master data management

• Practical experience with at least one major procurement platform (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, Icertis, Ivalua, or similar)

• Proven ability to create business cases, ROI models, or value propositions for enterprise software

• Experience in developing tailored solution strategies, proposals, or go-to-market plans for various customer segments or use cases

• Familiarity with change management, stakeholder engagement, or adoption strategies in technology implementations

• Proven experience presenting to or influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in PowerPoint

• Analytical mindset with a comfort level in working with data and Excel

• Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Self-assured in leading meetings and presentations across various organizational levels
