Solution Consultant – Adaptive ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Facilitate impactful and engaging client discovery sessions to identify significant business challenges, strategic objectives, and operational hurdles.

• Actively engage in the qualification process, assessing prospect requirements to confirm that our Adaptive ERP and associated solutions serve as the ideal engine for their needs.

• Create, develop, and present persuasive software demonstrations and executive presentations.

• Collaborate with the sales team—functioning as a cohesive, elite support unit—to devise tailored win strategies, formulate RFP/RFI responses, and navigate complex technical evaluations.

• Uphold a top-tier level of expertise regarding QAD’s suite of solutions, manufacturing industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over five years of experience in a sales environment focused on ERP solutions.

• Proven ability to sustain high morale and activity levels during extended sales cycles.

• A successful history in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales position within the enterprise software (SaaS) sector.

• A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles.

• Capacity to think quickly on your feet, convert technical jargon into business value, and swiftly adapt during live, outcome-oriented demonstrations when circumstances change.

• Familiarity with Generative AI in the workplace to enhance efficiency in tasks.

• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language, such as German, French, or Dutch.
