Solution Consultant – Adaptive ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead the Discovery: Facilitate impactful, interactive client discovery sessions to identify significant business challenges, strategic objectives, and operational inefficiencies.

• Functional Fit Qualification: Engage in the qualification process by assessing prospect needs to ensure our Adaptive ERP and supplementary solutions serve as the ideal engine for their requirements.

• Deliver Outcome-Driven Presentations: Create, develop, and present engaging software demonstrations and executive-level presentations.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team—functioning as a cohesive, elite support unit—to formulate tailored win strategies, develop RFP/RFI responses, and manage intricate technical assessments.

• Be the Expert: Uphold a top-tier understanding of QAD’s suite of solutions, trends in the manufacturing sector, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a sales role focused on ERP solutions.

• Contagious Energy: Proven ability to sustain high spirits and activity levels throughout lengthy sales cycles.

• Pre-Sales Experience: A demonstrated history in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales position within the enterprise software (SaaS) industry.

• Manufacturing/Supply Chain Acumen: A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain processes, and quality management principles.

• Problem-Solving DNA: Capability to think quickly, convert technical terminology into business value, and adapt swiftly during live, outcome-oriented demonstrations when circumstances shift.

• Modern Skills: Proficiency with Generative AI in the workplace to enhance task efficiency.

• Languages: Fluent in English and one or more of the following: German, French, or Dutch.

• The selected candidate must reside or be able to work in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, or Spain.
