This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the operational execution of the Workplace strategy, emphasizing service quality, growth, and profitability.
• Provide leadership, management, and support to approximately 10 managers, overseeing an organization of around 210 employees.
• Formulate and execute a sustainable services strategy, along with service and delivery processes within the Workplace sector.
• Oversee capacity, demand, and growth planning within the Professional Services division.
• Manage budget, planning, and KPIs within the Solution Area.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, including handling escalations at the management level.
• Act as a representative for the area in presales, proposals, and customer interactions, while also contributing to cross-departmental and cross-solution initiatives.
• Several years of experience in disciplinary leadership, preferably managing managers and larger organizational units.
• Proven experience in managing and developing IT service organizations.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Services, Modern Workplace, and End User Computing.
• Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience, automation, and AI-driven services in an enterprise context.
• Capability to translate customer needs into practical IT and service solutions.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to execute effectively.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation/moderation skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel to national offices and customer locations.
