This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Define and document solution architecture and design that aligns with both business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership while promoting best practices across implementation teams.
• Capture and communicate architectural guidelines, ensuring adherence during the implementation process.
• Analyze requirements and recommend optimal solution designs along with technical approaches.
• Guide development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support the governance of platform architecture, which includes standards, role definitions, and review boards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges and align solutions with business objectives.
• Lead or contribute to platform innovation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on architecture and delivery.
• Scope, estimate, and structure implementation efforts, including defining roadmaps and deliverables.
• Assess the long-term impacts of architectural decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Strong background in solution design, requirements analysis, and technical implementation planning.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations and coordinating multiple development teams.
• Experience working in professional services environments with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and program teams.
• Solid understanding of IT service management and related domains (e.g., ITSM, IT operations, customer service management).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar solutions.
• Ability to define and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs, which may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
