Solution Architect – SEAP Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance deal strategies and execution, focusing on opportunities that exceed specified revenue thresholds.

• Initiate early engagement in the sales process to establish SEAP as a valued partner rather than merely a post-deal auditing entity.

• Recognize and influence opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through customer insights and compliance expertise.

• Simplify complex technical and compliance-related concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.

• Work in partnership with various Business Units to ensure alignment on strategies, priorities, and support for deals.

• Establish credibility and trust with Sales by consistently demonstrating value and aiding in quota achievement.

• Lead discussions with customers that harmonize compliance requirements with business objectives.

• Continually enhance engagement models and feedback mechanisms to boost SEAP efficiency and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Advisor, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong technical proficiency with the capability to comprehend and communicate intricate solutions.

• Experience in compliance, licensing, or audit-related functions, either directly or in collaboration.

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and foster alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Customer-centric mindset accompanied by excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership towards work.
