This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +2 more states.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with executive, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders to pinpoint business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Act as a technical expert during pre-sales and post-sales processes, including delivery planning, estimation, Statement of Work (SoW) creation, and contracting.
• Assist customers in navigating process and organizational adjustments essential for successful solution adoption.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders through consultative support and coaching.
• Convert business goals and technical specifications into scalable solution blueprints, integration strategies, configurations, and data migration methodologies.
• Aid in configuration and implementation efforts to fulfill complex business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to achieve positive customer results.
• Share implementation best practices, provide knowledge transfer, and offer adoption guidance.
• Gather customer feedback and lessons learned to enhance implementation methodologies and playbooks.
• Represent customer priorities internally to help shape DTN’s roadmap and service strategy.
• Mentor junior team members on solution architecture and best practices for delivery.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS solution architecture, solution engineering, implementation, onboarding, or consulting roles.
• Significant customer-facing experience leading intricate technology and business transformation projects.
• Proven experience guiding customers through the entire project lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and value realization.
• Strong consultative, facilitation, and relationship management skills with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple complex projects and stakeholder groups at the same time.
• Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, data-driven workflows, and enterprise system architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and integration patterns.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and various database technologies.
• Awareness of microservices architecture and contemporary development practices.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices, including SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
