This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic and organizational guidance for solutions proposed during prospecting, contract negotiations, and delivery planning phases.
• Supervise the solution planning process across various clients and different stages of the contract phase.
• Utilize insights and expertise from sales, product, and implementation teams to define and enhance effective solution planning.
• Manage a team of one or more Solution Analysts as demand requires.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, and Product teams to collaboratively develop solution proposals and procedures that enhance the organization's capability to deliver consistent and standardized (where feasible) solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
• Suggest, adapt, and create technical solutions and process improvements that promote reliable solution delivery and client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients and prospects to clarify requirements and solutions, becoming a key participant in the estimation/RTM process.
• Collaborate closely with the Professional Services AI Lab to advance AI initiatives and development.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience working with **cross-functional teams**, including consultants, product managers, developers, automation specialists, or data analysts.
• 2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in **technology, consulting, or Professional Services environments**.
• Strong grasp of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
• Specific expertise with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications for 2 or more years.
• Capability to translate complex high-level business and technical requirements into **clear implementation estimates**.
• Detail-oriented with robust **problem-solving and organizational skills**.
• At least 3 years of Technical Implementation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with **project tracking tools** (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, ADO, or similar).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using visual diagramming tools such as Visio, Blueworks, or Lucid Chart.
