Solution Architect, Java, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital projects.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Establish application, integration, data, and batch processing architectures that adhere to enterprise standards and architectural guidelines.

• Facilitate architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create cloud-native, microservices-oriented, and event-driven solutions prioritizing scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability.

• Formulate API and integration strategies utilizing REST and asynchronous messaging patterns.

• Design modern user interfaces employing frameworks like React and Angular.

• Develop enterprise batch processing solutions using Spring Batch and AWS-native services where applicable.

• Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to guarantee that solutions are deployable, observable, secure, and operationally resilient.

• Assess new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to foster business innovation.

• Guide engineering teams by advocating for architecture best practices, design standards, and reusable solution patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale application and solution architectures.

• Strong familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Experience in designing microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration solutions.

• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.

• Knowledge of contemporary frontend frameworks such as React and Angular.

• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Understanding of container platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with AWS services like EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and RDS.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery methodologies.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to balance business goals with scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
