This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical implementation resource for designated digital banking conversion projects.
• Assist in customer onboarding activities, solution discussions, and planning for configuration.
• Configure and facilitate the delivery of Alkami Digital Banking solutions.
• Lead meetings and virtual working sessions with customers.
• Diagnose configuration and implementation-related issues and escalate complex technical problems.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and dependencies with project managers, development teams, and implementation stakeholders.
• Monitor risks associated with implementation projects and raise concerns as necessary.
• Manage implementation tickets and respond to customer support requests.
• Offer guidance on platform functionality, configuration alternatives, and best practices for implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation related to implementation.
• Assist with validation and testing activities for implementations.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects and their respective milestones.
• Relay customer feedback and opportunities for operational improvements to cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on Alkami platform functionality and implementation methodologies.
• Conduct customer solution design sessions for the New Logo Team.
• 1–3 years of experience in supporting software implementations, technical consulting, customer onboarding initiatives, or client-facing technology projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting software implementation, configuration, or customer onboarding tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to lead discussions with customers.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting technical and operational requirements efficiently.
• Experience in troubleshooting configuration or implementation-related challenges.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, customer priorities, and implementation deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support implementation projects.
