This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Create solution architectures and prepare High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.

• Establish architecture standards, principles, and governance protocols.

• Offer architectural guidance and support to delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

• Assess and suggest technologies, integration patterns, and architectural strategies.

• Extensive experience with Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters).

• Proficiency in API-first and event-driven architectures, including Kafka.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.

• Experience in defining architecture governance, best practices, and technical standards.

• Capability to effectively communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English: C1 level.

• Preferred: Experience in the medtech industry.
