Solution Architect – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to identify their needs, determine the most effective support methods, finalize sales of proposed projects, and document proofs of concepts.

• Conduct successful Red Hat solution workshops, such as Container Platform, DevOps, Virtualization, and IT Automation, for small to medium-sized teams with both technical and non-technical backgrounds, influencing customer use cases and architectural design decisions.

• Provide and support high-quality proofs of concepts and pilots alongside local teams, enhancing customer confidence in our offerings.

• Exhibit expertise in modern application development practices by promoting and speaking at customer and partner events, as well as high-profile industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in presales.

• At least 1 year of experience with cloud and container-based solutions such as OpenShift by Red Hat, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), or Rancher.

• Proficiency in designing and operating medium to large-scale enterprise and cloud infrastructures, databases, and application systems with high availability demands.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with significant experience presenting to IT managers and C-level executives in large organizations.

• A solutions sales mindset in an environment with diverse offerings and services.

• Familiarity with automation frameworks and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Red Hat Ansible and/or Terraform.

• Knowledge of the latest application development technologies and middleware implementation practices.

• Experience in agile development methodologies and related tools for rapid application development and deployment.
