Solution Architect – Enablement Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership of Solution Architects and play a key role in the global sales enablement strategy.

• Develop and implement onboarding programs, continuous training, and just-in-time learning resources.

• Recognize skill and knowledge gaps and create cross-functional enablement initiatives.

• Generate and assemble technical product information, solution architectures, and sales strategies.

• Set up metrics and analytics to assess the impact of enablement and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure enablement content remains up-to-date.

• Work alongside Product Operations and Product teams to equip Solution Architects for product launches.

• Foster a community of expert practitioners and gather best practices and user-generated content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, encompassing Solution Architecture and enablement for global organizations that provide payments or SaaS-based solutions.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for a sales-oriented audience.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing enablement programs that significantly enhance sales performance.

• Proficient in working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to build effective relationships.

• Experience with creating, curating content, and managing knowledge systems.

• Preferred: advanced degree or certification in enablement.

• Preferred: extensive knowledge of the Stripe product suite.

• Preferred: experience with Stripe implementation.

• Preferred: strong skills in project management.

• Preferred: exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
