Solution Architect, CLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a “thought leader” for our clients. Implement and supervise the quality of our deliverables while effectively managing the team and daily relationships to ensure outstanding performance in customer engagements.

• Foster innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets.

• Offer executive-level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales team on consulting and pre-sales initiatives.

• Guide our clients through solution trade-offs to aid in cost/benefit analysis, considering business processes, architecture, and IT operating models.

• Contribute at a leadership level within NeuraFlash, advocate for our brand, and assist in the growth and scaling of NeuraFlash.

• Obtain and maintain all relevant CLM Certifications for the technology you are utilizing.

• Capability to learn software within the CLM or Salesforce domains as needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

• Act as a NeuraFlash ambassador in the CLM Community, fostering a culture of success (both company-wide and personal) and enjoyment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ implementations experience with Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM.

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM.

• 5+ years of experience in selling and delivering business solutions on Ironclad, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM platforms; proven ability to discuss delivery approaches and considerations for various sizes and scales of projects and clients across CLM solutions.

• 3+ certifications in DocuSign and/or Ironclad.

• Experience across all phases of service delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.

• Expertise in project delivery, encompassing all facets of program management and the SDLC.

• Experience managing established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Proficient in building project and program teams and organizing programs for success.

• Proven track record of drafting SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients, and negotiating contracts.

• Extensive business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization).

• Relevant background or education in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.
