Solution Architect, CLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a “thought leader” for our clients. Oversee the quality of our deliverables and effectively manage the team and daily relationships to guarantee outstanding performance throughout customer engagements.

• Foster innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodologies, and reusable assets.

• Provide executive-level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales assistance.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales team on consulting and pre-sales initiatives.

• Guide our clients through solution tradeoffs to aid in cost/benefit analyses, considering business processes, architecture, and IT operating models.

• Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership capacity, champion our brand, and support NeuraFlash in its growth and scaling efforts.

• Obtain and maintain all relevant CLM Certifications for the technology you are utilizing.

• Willingness to learn software in the CLM or Salesforce domains as needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects and corporate events.

• Act as a NeuraFlash advocate within the CLM Community, fostering a culture of success (both company and personal) and enjoyment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 implementations of Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM.

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM.

• More than 5 years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad, Conga CLM, or Docusign CLM or IAM platforms; proven ability to discuss delivery approaches and considerations for various project sizes and scales across CLM solutions.

• At least 3 DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.

• Experience across all stages of service delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.

• Expertise in project delivery, encompassing all facets of program management and the SDLC.

• Background in managing established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Experience in assembling project and program teams and organizing programs for success.

• Proven track record of drafting SOWs, reviewing proposals with clients, and negotiating contracts.

• Extensive experience in business operations (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization).

• Educational background or relevant experience in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.
