Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison between the Product/Engineering teams and our Customer Success teams.

• Take ownership of the onboarding and integration processes from start to finish — design reference architectures, validate data flows, and facilitate deployments within complex enterprise settings.

• Keep updated on industry trends and developments in backend technology to guide architectural choices.

• Partner with the product team to enhance the usability of the product and improve onboarding experiences for customers.

• Transform field insights into impactful roadmap actions — convert requirements and challenges from Customer Success/Sales Engineering into clear specifications, priorities, and demonstrations for Product/R&D.

• Collaborate with colleagues to steer R&D through the platform's evolution, providing advice and influence at every phase.

• Function as a reliable technical advisor both internally and externally, using your product knowledge to foster significant development and engagement with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in backend development using languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++.

• Demonstrated orientation towards customer engagement.

• Ability to articulate technical details and requirements to customers of varying expertise and responsibilities.

• Quick learning capability and adaptability to new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, a sense of ownership, and effective communication skills.

• Knowledge of Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).

• More than 5 years of experience, with at least 2 positions held.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to understand the broader picture while focusing on essential details.

• Willingness to accept responsibility and make a significant impact.

• Experience in the field of cybersecurity.
