Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the overarching vision for a solution.

• Define and take ownership of the architecture for enterprise and product applications within the portfolio.

• Ensure that design patterns, standards, and best practices (such as layering, modularity, API design, and resiliency) are established and adhered to.

• Collaborate to ensure application design aligns with the broader solution and enterprise architecture.

• Guide development teams in the implementation of scalable and maintainable application architectures.

• Ensure applications are crafted for optimal performance, reliability, security, and extensibility.

• Conduct architectural reviews and oversee governance regarding application design decisions.

• Foster a highly collaborative team environment.

• Provide thought leadership to the delivery team.

• Engage hands-on in application development as required.

• Contribute to enhancing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing CI/CD, testing strategies, and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a Software Development role.

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/Typescript, xUnit, Python, or similar technologies.

• Excellent collaboration skills across disciplines and groups.

• Ability to operate with a growth mindset within a highly engaged team.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with application architecture patterns such as layered architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Previous experience in an architectural role within a Software Delivery context.

• Must possess authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
