This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a recognized authority in security architecture, specifically concentrating on Security Service Edge (SSE) and cloud-based security frameworks.
• Create and present engaging, hands-on proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical use cases that highlight the capabilities of our platform across SSE, SASE, Web Proxy, ZTNA, CASB, and DLP scenarios.
• Serve as the primary channel for technical feedback between the field and internal teams — systematically gathering, synthesizing, and reporting customer and partner insights to Product Management and Engineering.
• Work closely with PM and Engineering to shape product roadmap priorities based on signals from the EMEA market, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
• Ensure the SE team remains informed about new product innovations, feature launches, and roadmap updates — acting as a trusted technical advisor internally.
• Provide expert assistance to SEs working on intricate, multi-layered customer scenarios involving cloud security architecture, network security policies, and data protection.
• Design and implement a structured technical enablement program across the EMEA region, enhancing the capabilities of the SE team and fostering deeper customer engagement.

• Create and conduct comprehensive technical workshops and training sessions focused on specific use cases for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Represent the organization at regional and international industry events, conferences, roundtables, and executive briefings as a technical thought leader.
• Design repeatable deep-dive use cases and solution playbooks that SEs can utilize to expedite complex transactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams to ensure that field content, demonstrations, and messaging are technically accurate and distinct.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Security Service Edge (SSE) technologies — including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and RBI — at an architect or expert level.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud security architecture across leading hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS security posture management.
• Strong foundation in network security concepts: SD-WAN, SASE frameworks, firewalling, micro-segmentation, and identity-centric security.
• Practical experience in data security — including data classification, DLP policy design, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Capability to create technical demonstrations, compose proof-of-concept configurations, and clearly explain complex architectures to both technical and executive audiences.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales/field engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver structured training programs, workshops, or enablement content at scale.
• Proven track record of presenting at industry events, webinars, or customer roundtables.
• Experience in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback and converting it into actionable product or roadmap input.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English — capable of engaging both C-level executives and hands-on engineers effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed team while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and organizational skills — capable of managing multiple programs and engagements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages pertinent to EMEA markets — Arabic, French, German, Italian, or Spanish are particularly valued.
