• Collect both functional and non-functional requirements from key clients for various projects and programs.

• Create and uphold technical strategies, product roadmaps, and technical risk registers.

• Evaluate customer requirements to pinpoint gaps, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate workshops and offer technical leadership during pre-sales and solution design stages.

• Review and ensure the quality of Statements of Work, proposals, and tenders.

• Provide practical guidance to delivery teams throughout the Discovery & Design phases.

• Serve as the Technical Authority in program governance and service review boards.

• Foster strong customer relationships, effectively presenting solutions to key decision-makers.

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor partners to synchronize technical strategy and innovation.

• Identify new opportunities within customer accounts and assist in commercial evaluations.

• A specialist in Enterprise and Solution Architecture with a comprehensive understanding of diverse IT and digital technologies.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack, Azure Infrastructure, Modern Work, and End User Compute technologies.

• Well-versed in industry trends, security tools, and ITSM/CRM systems.

• Capable of articulating complex solutions clearly, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading technical discussions.

• Adaptable to a dynamic, customer-facing role with a strong sense of commercial awareness.

• Over 2 years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture roles involving multiple technologies.

• Demonstrated success in solution design, migration, and documentation.

• Experience in pre-sales, technical account management, and gathering customer requirements.

• Possession of industry-recognized certifications (Microsoft, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper).

• Capability to obtain Security Clearance.
