This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable adviser within Red Hat's customer community; cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients.

• Offer pre-sales technical assistance for the creation and implementation of intricate solutions.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer business and IT landscapes, collaborating with sales teams to evaluate the potential use of Red Hat’s solutions.

• Showcase complex solutions to prospective customers and design value-oriented architectures, detailing the application and business benefits of Red Hat’s offerings.

• Stay informed about current technology and industry trends; link these trends to customer value and Red Hat solutions.

• Engage in and lead vertical and industry-specific expert teams; develop white papers, reference architectures, and other technical materials tailored to specific industries.

• Disseminate knowledge and insights so that team members can gain from your successes and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a consulting, sales engineering, or similar capacity.

• Extensive experience across various Red Hat product verticals or equivalent competitive products.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences; adept at interpreting customer business and technical requirements.

• Outstanding presentation abilities; skilled in delivering presentations to diverse business, technical, management, and leadership audiences of all sizes.

• Proven track record of establishing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within large enterprise IT organizations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Readiness to travel frequently.

• Familiarity with both technical and cultural implementation challenges in cloud-native and containerized environments.
