This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and quantify Propel's value proposition within sales initiatives.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations utilizing the Salesforce platform, tailored to align with prospect business objectives.
• Develop and sustain standardized software demonstrations for use by the internal team.
• Establish and uphold subject matter expertise during client-facing interactions.
• Partner with Account Management and Customer Success Management teams to design strategic process enhancements for key accounts, promoting seat utilization and adoption.
• Provide support to Account Management and Customer Success teams through customer demonstrations and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to define project scopes and prepare phased quotations.
• Review and document current customer engagement with the company platform.
• Coordinate with Product Management on enhancements for the Seed Org.
• Integrate Seed Org functionalities into Propel's managed package.
• Upgrade Trial and Demo orgs with advanced features.
• Represent Propel at industry conferences and events.
• Over 10 years of experience in solution engineering.
• Background in a STEM field of study.
• Knowledge and experience across one or more solution domains: Quality Management, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Software Technical Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing, or Engineering Design / Product Development.
• Experience in one or more industry verticals: Electronics / High Tech, Consumer Goods, Medical Devices & Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Preferred experience with the Salesforce platform.
• A passion for continuous learning and skill development.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
