Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively oversee a project team that includes clients, colleagues, other consultants, and vendors, ensuring tasks and activities are completed in line with PowerPlan’s methodology.

• Provide consultation and share expertise in applications and industry domains, showcasing advanced consultative skills.

• Facilitate the majority of design sessions and empower the functional lead role.

• Collect and analyze client requirements to define the design of the forthcoming solution.

• Accountable for the quality assurance (QA) procedures concerning the design, development, and deployment of Professional Services solutions.

• Assist with application go-live and cutover, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 5-9 years of experience in implementing enterprise software applications in a client-facing consulting capacity; ideally within a software consulting or IT organization.

• Familiarity with most phases of the implementation process (at least three phases).

• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with colleagues or subject matter experts in different locations.

• Capability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, project teams, and colleagues at PowerPlan, Inc.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Eagerness to quickly learn new processes and standards.
