This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with ecosystem partners and essential stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Actively seek out potential business expansion opportunities via partner engagement and market insights.

• Identify user and partner challenges, converting them into organized product requirements and prototypes.

• Investigate innovative technologies (such as AI tools) to discover possibilities for new solutions and process automation.

• Maintain a comprehensive, practical understanding of the BNB Chain ecosystem, including BSC, opBNB, and BNB Greenfield, to align partner needs with appropriate technical solutions.

• Foster collaboration across various functions including partners, product, and engineering to transition opportunities from discovery to prototype.

• Monitor engagement results and compile regular reports that highlight new opportunities and key insights.

• A solid understanding of blockchain technology is crucial.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is advantageous for assessing technical feasibility and prototyping.

• Strong analytical abilities, with the skill to convert vague partner/user feedback into specific product requirements.

• Competence in understanding and addressing intricate technical and business challenges.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, uncertain environments while managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
