Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position is fully remote.

• Focus on Solution Architecture and Configuration.

• Design and set up HR data models, including Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and Country-Specific Data Models.

• Implement and oversee the core configuration of HR management.

• Configure foundational objects such as Position, Job Classification, Location, and Pay Structure.

• Lead the setup of position management, workflows, and the handling of vacancies.

• Business Rules and Workflows.

• Develop and sustain intricate business rules utilizing the MDF framework.

• Configure workflows, triggers, and validations to enhance HR processes.

• Manage event reasons and frameworks for event derivation to ensure precise process automation.

• Security and Permissions.

• Configure and refine Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure secure and compliant access.

• Guarantee proper governance of both granted and target populations.

• Integration and Technical Expertise.

• Facilitate integration between SuccessFactors EC and various HR/enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with application developers to ensure a smooth technical rollout.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of practical experience in configuring SuccessFactors EC.

• Strong foundation in HR management processes along with technical implementation skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in HR data models and localization needs.

• Experience in position management and employee data configuration.

• Knowledge of business rules, workflows, and event frameworks.

• Proficient in RBP configuration and governance.

• EC Certification is mandatory.

• Previous experience as an Application Developer with SuccessFactors – SAP EC is advantageous.
