📋 Description

• Design and create robust, scalable solutions for quality, compliance, and food safety tailored for customers.

• Comprehend customer business processes, software system workflows, and their interrelations.

• Mentor and guide team members.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across Nulogy’s Quality & Compliance solutions, encompassing implementations and integrations.

• Offer technical thought leadership to establish efficient and effective connections between Nulogy and external systems.

• Lead technical scoping discussions with customers and prospective clients.

• Grasp customer business requirements and deliver customized solutions during initial implementation stages.

• Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that tools and resources facilitate smooth implementation.

• Remain updated with emerging technologies and industry developments.

• Take charge of customer implementation projects as necessary.

• Assist consultants by sharing technical best practices on customer projects.

• Contribute to internal process enhancements and provide technical leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Food Safety or Quality Assurance (ISO, SQF) role, or in a similar technology implementation position within the FSQA sector.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within small teams and be an excellent team player.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines.

• Strong aptitude for solving problems creatively and systematically.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Must successfully pass a reference and background verification.

• Required to complete the Predictive Index Assessment upon application.
